Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training (M.A.S.T.)

Mindfulness is a skill that is useful for many aspects of our lives and teaches us to be engaged with the present  moment in all that comes our way. M.A.S.T is a 4-week introduction to different mindfulness practices that help us to surf the waves of overwhelming emotions. Get information and concrete tools to develop greater emotional stability in daily life.  All  participants are required to attend an intake session at 1pm on March 7.
