Walk to Quit Smoking

A group to help people quit smoking and get in shape by regualr walking.  Get support to build up your stamina while learning to cut down or quit smoking.  Walking makes quitting easier by taking the edge off cravings and giving you a positive outlet for stress.  Being with others in the group helps stick to your goals.
