Additional Details
Our community support worker team can help you get connected with the supports related to housing, finances, food security and health services. *No appointment needed, clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis, the clinic will close once all spots are filled for the day.
Services offered :
Practical supports (assistance with forms and applications, system navigation)
Social supports (financial / housing / food security /health navigation, etc.)
Bridging to services for mental health and addictions
Anonymous rapid HIV testing
Crisis intervention and support.
